Our Mission

Seeds of Care Pediatric Therapy Services, PLLC is owned and operated by a Speech Language Pathologist of color. SLPs of color make up 8.2% of Speech-Language Pathologists in the field (ASHA, 2021). Seeds of Care Pediatric Therapy Services, PLLC was created in 2022 with the mission to serve, educate, empower, and support other therapists. We hope to provide mentorship opportunities to you during your professional journey.

Future Employment Opportunities (2025)

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
CCC or CF

We hope to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) in the future. We are open to both bilingual and monolingual Speech-Language Pathologists. Applications for this position will need both TDLR License and/or ASHA Certifications.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

We hope to hire Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in the future. We are open to both monolingual and bilingual SLPAs. Applicants will need a TDLR License.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

We hope to hire an Occupational Therapist in the future. We are open to both bilingual and monolingual Occupational Therapists. Applicants for this position will need TDLR License and other licensing credential requirements.

Physical Therapist (PT)

We hope to hire a Physical Therapist in the future. We are open to both bilingual and monolingual Physical Therapists. Applicants for this position will need TDLR License and other licensing credential requirements.

Music Therapist

We hope to hire a Music Therapist in the future. We are open to both bilingual and monolingual Music Therapists. Applicants for this position will need TDLR License and other licensing credential requirements.

Virtual Assistant (VA)

We hope hire a Virtual Assistant in the future. We are open to both monolingual and bilingual Virtual Assistants to help the owner in Social Media management and other clerical duties.

Lead Clinician

We hope to hire a Lead Clinician (SLP, OT, or PT) who will provide additional guidance and mentorship to employees are new to Seeds of Care. A Lead Clinician will be responsible for supporting the owner in staff team building activities and opportunities. Applicants for this position will need supervision experience, TDLR License, and other licensing credential requirements.

Interpreter

We hope to hire interpreters who may have experiences working with children who speak Spanish or Vietnamese. Interpreters may support the SLP, SLPA, OT, or PT in communication with parent and caregivers.

Office Manager

We hope to hire an office manager who may have experiences in supporting management staff with day to day operations, scheduling, and clerical tasks.
